Detailed Program Description
Enneagram Emersion I
Session 1 (Feb 21, 2026): Introduction to type and the 3 centers of intelligence
Session 2 (March 21, 2026): Wings, Instincts, Dynamic movements
Session 3 (April 18, 2026): In depth panel day
Session 4 (May 16, 2026): 9 Hearts, the Process Enneagram, Personal Change project
Enneagram Emersion II
Session 1 (June 20, 2026): Introduction to Spiral Dynamics
Session 2 (July 18, 2026): Spiral Dynamics 2, Personality types and Levels of Consciousness, Group Social Change Project
Session 3 (August, 15, 2026): How to conduct typing interviews based on the Law of 1, Law of 3 and Law of 7
Session 4 (September 19, 2026): Typing interviews for certification (this is optional if you wish to become certified to teach and train with the enneagram)
Taught online in a live environment. Participants will need to have a device (preferably laptop or desktop) with high speed internet access, a headset with microphone, and a webcam. Participants will receive supplemental reading materials, exercises and all recordings.

Program Details
Participants will deepen their understanding of themselves and others through interaction and exercises to illuminate the Types with compassion. This course is highly interactive and experiential, engaging all centers to create greater self-understanding.
An emersion occurs when an eclipsed body reappears—moving from shadow into light—a symbol of transformation. Change and upheaval have become a part of daily life through economic, environmental, political, and cultural shifts. Enneagram Emersion offers tools to navigate change with receptivity, awareness, choice, and inner security, empowering you to transform your relationship with yourself, others, and the world.
Enneagram Emersion is an intensive program of education, exploration, and conscious journeying with a dedicated cohort. Over the course of a year, the seminars support participants in identifying and moving through personal roadblocks, helping them realize their potential in all areas of life—work, play, and self-care—through the wisdom of the Enneagram.
Living consciously requires more than a class or two. This program provides guidance for a lifelong inner journey, using experiential teachings to awaken the body, mind, and heart.
EEI is a four-seminar series focused on deep personal growth through the Enneagram. EEII expands this work, applying Enneagram teachings to the outer world and exploring levels of consciousness. It also prepares students to integrate the Enneagram more deeply in personal and professional contexts, and to become certified Enneagram trainers and teachers.
