Join Kathleen and Deanna for this therapeutic group that caters to the habitual patterns of type 6 and ways to shift these behaviors into more productive, empowering choices.

Gentle Yoga Flow

Tuesday nights, 6:30-7:45p. This series focuses on connecting movement with alignment, breath and mindfulness through soothing and gentle poses. Restorative and therapeutic in nature, these classes will help you increase flexibility in a tranquil class that moves at a wonderfully slower pace – giving you the opportunity to connect with your body and breath in a calming and relaxing way. Meditation and relaxation techniques are also taught which help reduce stress and increase overall well-being.

Singing Bowls Sound Meditation

Saturday, February 18, Ron Esposito will present a singing bowls sound meditation. The meditation features seven quartz crystal singing bowls, two Tibetan brass singing bowls and the kalimba (African thumb piano.)

New Enneagram Emersion Series

Begins March 9-11, 2012. An Emersion occurs when an eclipsed body reappears, moving from the shadow of the eclipse into the light. Enneagram Emersion is an intensive program of education, exploration and conscious journeying within a core community.
