Thursdays, May 24 - June 21, 6:45 - 8:00 p.m. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a powerful new psychotherapy based on cutting-edge research into how the human mind works. In this series we will learn how to accept those things that are out of your control, and commit to changing those things that can be changed to make your life better. This will be a very active therapy group in which you, along with other group members, will learn new skills to improve your quality of life with our without anxiety.
Tuesdays, May 8-May 29, 6:30-7:45p. In our fast paced lives, we often forget to take care of our bodies. During this yoga series, you will experience yoga poses and breath work to help you slow down, connect to your body, and relax your mind. Gentle stretching and strengthening with mindfulness reduces overall stress levels, quiets the mind, and brings a sense of well-being.

Saturday, May 26, 2012. Ron Esposito will present a singing bowls sound meditation. The meditation features seven quartz crystal singing bowls, two Tibetan brass singing bowls and the kalimba (African thumb piano.)
Tuesdays, June 5-26, 6:30p-7:45p. This session explores the seven chakras, or life force centers, in the body. Each class will include poses, breath work, mudras and chanting that balance and align the chakras promoting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Tuesday, July 3, 6:30p-7:45p. This special, transformative 90 minute practice will combine yoga postures, chanting and the deep resonant tones of the singing bowls.
