One of the most frequently asked questions that I receive is “What supplements should I take each day?” I often respond to this by asking the individual what their personal goal is and what they hope to achieve as a result of supplement usage. And what I have experienced over the last twenty plus years of working in the profession of health & wellness that there is a general desire to simply feel better and to have a boost in energy and stamina without the use of stimulants or anything that may stress the already stressed body and mind.
