Here we are once again, another holiday season has passed and a brand new year is right in front of us! If you are anything like me, you have probably created a list of all the goals you plan to achieve in 2018 including those pesky inches you want to lose around the waist, and let’s not forget about that detox cleanse you’ve been meaning to get too. Maybe the detox should come before I start my new workout routine at the gym I just signed up for or maybe I should just start yoga first because I really want to get a good Yoga practice started too, right after I meditate each morning because I know my chakras are way out of whack! Wow, so much to think about!
