Kathleen Hartman Blackburn, MA, LPCC, NCC Kathleen Hartman Blackburn, MA, LPCC, NCC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor and spiritual director experienced in working with individuals, couples and groups. In addition, she is a founding member of a spiritual retreat team that offers holistic directed retreats for men and women.
