Shane Donohue, MA, LPC, LCDC-III
Shane P. Donohue, LPC, LCDC-III is licensed by the state of Ohio and Kentucky as a Professional Counselor and by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Over the past ten years he has studied the Enneagram and its uses in propelling change in individuals, couples, families, and groups. He is a Certified Teacher and Trainer of the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition.
Shane is experienced in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of areas including communication, problem solving, depression, anger management, anxiety, substance abuse/addictions, and personal development. He believes that counseling is a partnership and that all individuals involved are working equally, towards the same goal together. He has spent the last year working with adolescents and their families who are at risk. These children ranged in age between 10 and 17 years old. Prior to his work with children, his group of focus was young adults and adults of all ages.
Shane employs many modern psychological theories in his approach to counseling while maintaining a strong foundation in both western and eastern beliefs of balance, consciousness, and self-awareness.
He is presently accepting clients of all ages.
