Beth O'Hara, BA, CYT, is a senior faculty member of the School of Conscious Living and maintains a private Holistic Health Coaching practice at the Conscious Living Center. She is also an Accredited Enneagram Teacher and Trainer and a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She is certified in Spiral Dynamics® through Cowan and Todorovic. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiological Psychology from the University of Louisville and is currently working on a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also pursuing a Doctor of Naturopathy degree specializing in Functional Medicine Approaches. Beth is a certified MethylGenetic Nutrition™ Practicioner.
Her listening skills, empathy and intuition make her a compassionate, effective and gifted coach and teacher. She is experienced in working with clients to transform areas that include health and wellness, relationships, self-awareness and shifting patterns, life balance, and living a purposeful life. Beth served on the board of the International Enneagram Association's USA affiliate for 3 years and as President in 2011. She now serves on the Board of Directors for Consciousness In Action, a non-profit dedicated to providing consciousness training opportunities to those who couldn't otherwise afford these experiences.
Beth has studied Iyengar yoga since 1997 and has been teaching yoga since 2001. She has studied Iyengar yoga throughout the US and at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. She continues her studies in the physiological, psychological and spiritual components of consciousness and maintains a daily practice. Beth teaches freedom in body, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and presence with compassion, joy, and skillfulness.
