Beth maintains a private Health and Wellness Life Coaching practice at the Conscious Living Center and is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, with over 15 years of experience in Health and Wellness. She is also an Accredited Enneagram Teacher and Trainer and is a senior faculty member of the School of Conscious Living. Her listening skills, empathy and intuition make her a compassionate, effective and gifted coach and teacher. She is experienced in working with clients to transform areas that include health and wellness, relationships, self-awareness and shifting patterns, life balance, and living a purposeful life.
I experienced years of chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, inflammation, insomnia, and debilitating joint pain before finally finding ways to heal my body. I know first-hand the frustrations of feeling ill, the overwhelm with not knowing what to do, and the accompanying grief of losing the ability to enjoy favorite activities. In my journey to healing and wellness, I’ve studied many treatments, methods, modalities, diets, forms of exercise, and pain management techniques. I had a lot of support in recovering my health and am dedicated to helping you recover yours. My approach involves applying deep listening, empathy, knowledge and research to work alongside you in finding solutions to fit your values, needs and lifestyle.
