Gentle Yoga Flow

Taught by Iyengar Certified Yoga Instructor Beth O'Hara.

This series focuses on connecting movement with alignment, breath and mindfulness through soothing and gentle poses. Restorative and therapeutic in nature, these classes will help you increase flexibility in a tranquil class that moves at a wonderfully slower pace – giving you the opportunity to connect with your body and breath in a calming and relaxing way. Meditation and relaxation techniques are also taught which help reduce stress and increase overall well-being.

Classes are open to students at all levels. Students work at their own pace and experience level while receiving individual guidance.  

$15/class, $50 for 4 week series or $80 for 6 class anytime pass (valid for 1 year).
